New DUSTOMAT DRY for dust: performance and energy efficiency
The new dust extractors from ESTA offer many configuration options for users and convince with strong performance combined with high energy efficiency.
The new DUSTOMAT DRY series can be used universally as dust extractors in production. The modern extraction units are suitable for almost all applications and effectively extract, among other things, the dust and chips produced in bulk material processes.
The modular and sound-insulated housing concept allows the extraction unit to be configured to fit exactly: depending on the application, the filter package can be equipped with cartridge filters with separation efficiencies of up to 99.995 %. The extraction capacity is also geared to the application, so the DUSTOMAT DRY generation is available in four performance levels with air volume flows from 2,000 to 3,500 cubic metres per hour. In addition, the system design can be largely adapted to the spatial conditions. In terms of energy efficiency, the dust extractors are particularly distinguished by the innovative filter cleaning system, which, compared to conventional systems, has a 50 % lower compressed air consumption, which significantly extends the filter service life.
3-stage filter system
The new DUSTOMAT DRY series ensures healthy breathing air in only three steps: In the first step, the integrated impact separator separates coarse and heavy particles, thus protecting the downstream filter media. The air filters of the second filter stage vary depending on the application and filter a large part of the extracted dust particles from the air. In the third stage, if required, a secondary filter, such as the highly effective HEPA H14 filter, can be used to extract dust that is hazardous to health and carcinogenic with a separation efficiency of 99.995 %. Furthermore, the dust extractors can also be supplemented with activated carbon filters for odour neutralisation.
Simple and intuitive operation
Users can easily operate the dust extractors via the convenient touch display on the unit’s surface and check the unit’s status at any time. The ESTA control also offers the option of remote maintenance as well as residual dust and filter breakage monitoring.
