The two Swiss companies Gerteis and Gericke present a fully developed solution for the continuous tablet manufacturing. The companies combine their market proofed feeding, mixing and dry granulation equipment to a complete continuous manufacturing module.

Gericke and Gerteis present a new solution for the continuous mixing of powder and dry granulation for upstream tablet production. The various possibilities of Gericke and Gerteis devices enable processing of almost all pharmaceutical powders, including those which are difficult to handle. This gives the pharmaceutical industry an attractive opportunity for a highly flexible production with very low production cost per tablet.

The module of Gerteis and Gericke is supplied as a complete solution. Powder transport unit and tablet press may be integrated. Thus, the engineering effort in designing a new production line is simplified further. The advantage of this "one stop shopping" lies in shortened planning and validation cycles as well as lower engineering costs.
