Small mixer with big benefits

The GMS 140 C is the latest addition to the assortment of Gericke Multiflux® batch mixers. With a useable volume of 40 to 100 litres, this mixer adds a new option to the lower end of the assortment of double-shaft batch mixers. It offers short mixing times and outstanding accessibility for cleaning.

The successful GMS range has a new addition: The new GMS 140 C is the smallest double shaft mixer of Gericke. With a useable volume of 40 – 100 litres, this mixer is ideal for premixing and small production batches. As is standard with the current GMS models, the complete front panel of the mixer can be opened for cleaning purposes. The compact mixer housing means an extremely short mixing time, which offers faster mixing cycles.

Easy cleaning

The bearings on one side of the agitator allow the complete front panel of the mixer to be opened. The short length of the mixing chamber allows full and easy access to the agitator and mixing chamber. The mixer shafts on the drive side have the proven fast-cleaning gaskets of Gericke, which can be dismantled, cleaned and reassembled in the shortest possible time.

For fast and gentle mixing processes

Gericke GMS Multiflux® mixers form a mechanical fluid bed with 2 horizontally arranged comb-type agitators. This means that the mixing process is fast and gentle and yields a high-quality product. Up to 12 mixing cycles per hour are possible with Gericke Multiflux® mixers. Gericke GMS C mixers are available in various sizes with a useable volume ranging from 40 to 2’000 litres per batch.

Tests under real production conditions can be conducted in the Gericke Test Centre.
