True to the company slogan “Mixers. Dryers. Evaporators. Any size. Worldwide.” AVA-Huep reached a new dimension and a new era with the delivery of three Vertical Cone Mixers, type HVW, with a volume of 50m³.
The vertical mixers of the HVW series consist of a conical tank with cylindrical upper part. The top of the tank is designed with a flat lid.
The core of the HVW-Vertical Cone Mixer is the cantilever conical mixing helix, positioned over the mixer cap, which rotates in the container close to the wall. The mixing spiral transports the mixture close to the top, while it flows back down in the center of the container.
To achieve a good clean out of the residual, these machines avoid the mixer placement at the bottom of the container. The newly dimensioned bearing and shaft seal now also enables to build machines > 35 m³.
The vertical cone mixer of the series HVW are characterized by a gentle product mixing, easy to clean and excellent cleanout features. Once again “more than just mixing" of the company AVA.

From 30th of September until 02nd of October you can personally check on the extensive product range and a variety of applications of AVA at the Powtech trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany.
