How does an engineer decide which type of rotary valve to select?

Join our one day short course to learn about the design, selection and operational issues in selecting a suitable Rotary Valve
When faced with a choice of rotor and drive type, venting arrangements, bearing pattern, seal choice, clearances, cleaning features, construction materials etc, it can seem like a minefield when it comes to selecting a rotary valve.

Taking place at the Wolfson Centre in Kent, UK, this one day course, delivered by expert Mike Bradley, is aimed to help delegates understand the reasons for the different options and how to select the correct specification.

DMN Westinghouse have been invited to demonstrate rotary valve features, explaining what to look for during an inspection and providing general useful information to consider before purchasing such a piece of equipment.

The course aims to guide delegates through the technical aspects of technology and provide an opportunity to discuss any relevant issues with the experts.

It is recommended for engineers, system designers and maintenance personnel who have responsibility for sourcing, specifying and keeping operational rotary valves as well as for engineers involved in the design of pneumatic conveying systems.

Course fees are £520 per delegate, with discounts available for multiple registrations and returning attendees.
